Family is the cornerstone of Zov’s as well as the inspiration. Founded in Tustin in 1987 by Chef Zov Karamardian, Zov’s Bistro and Bakery is a true culinary institution. Spanning three generations, Zov and her family have created a rare family business recipe. Signature cuisine blends contemporary with Eastern Mediterranean influences, in an upscale chic environment. 

Over the years, the Bistro in Tustin expanded, encompassing an award-winning bakery, acclaimed bistro, private dining room, cooking classes and catering division that brings Zov’s culinary style to homes and special events throughout Southern California.

The Karamardian family looks forward to this next chapter at Campo on 17th, and unveiling a brand new flagship space in Tustin.
