Burnham-Ward Properties to Acquire Enderle Center in Tustin

The developer behind Costa Mesa’s South Coast Collection and part of the Dana Point Harbor revitalization is planning a mixed-use redevelopment of the Enderle Center that would add 100 for-sale townhomes while preserving and remodeling longtime restaurant tenant Zov’s.
