Enderle Center Sale Complete, Campo On 17th Moves Ahead in Tustin

Burnham‑Ward Properties has completed its $30 million purchase of the Enderle Center in Tustin, paving the way for redevelopment of the popular retail center into new restaurant spaces and housing.

The developer got approval in July from the city for its Campo on 17th project, which will add 100 for-sale townhomes and “revitalize” 60,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.

Burnham-Ward promises to remake the center into something of a community gathering spot, with “lush landscaping, mature specimen trees, water features, soft‑seating fire pit areas and a new town green.”
